Welcome to Sanju Store (sanju.store). By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

1. About Us

Sanju Store sources and sells products through third-party marketplaces and suppliers (including Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon, and other sellers). We act as a reseller/facilitator between these suppliers and our customers.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders on Sanju Store are Prepaid — Cash on Delivery is not available. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment via our payment partner, Razorpay. Product prices shown include our platform fee of Rs. 2 per unit; this is separate from any courier shipping charge shown at checkout.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. Since products are sourced from third-party suppliers, minor variations in color, packaging, or specifications may occur. We are not responsible for inaccuracies originating from supplier listings.

4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on cancellations, returns, and refunds.

6. Shipping Label Uploads

Where applicable, customers may upload a shipping label PDF at checkout or afterward. Uploaded files must relate genuinely to your own order — do not upload files belonging to another person's order or any unrelated/harmful content. We may remove or ignore uploads that violate this.

7. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate order and contact information, and not to misuse the website (including attempting fraudulent orders, chargebacks without valid reason, or uploading harmful files).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Sanju Store is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, supplier issues, or courier handling beyond our control. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Sanju Store operates.
